A FUN AND INTERESTING COURSE FOR ALL LEVELS OF RIDERS. SPECTACULAR VIEWS ALONG THE ROLLING GRAVEL AND DIRT ROAD CLIMBS COMBINED WITH FAST, TECHNICAL SINGLETRACK DESCENTS. *Proceeds benefit the scholarships and activities of the Newport High School National Honor Society and Mountain Bike Club*
This is the 7th annual Coast Hills Classic, renamed this year in honor of co-founder Ben Eder, who was lost at sea this past December in a crabbing accident. As a sophomore at NHS and a member of the Mountain Bike Club, Ben began the race with a number of his classmates and his family has been involved as volunteers and sponsors in every one of our races. This year’s event honors the memory of this outstanding and deeply missed young man.
